I bought one of your messenger bags a few months back, and as a guy who hops on and off planes fairly frequently, my luggage takes a beating. One of the beatings took a toll on the clip that holds the bag closed.

So, I sent an e-mail and asked for a replacement. And while I didn’t have my store receipt, or any real proof that it was normal wear and tear (vs. owner negligence), you sent me a new clip. And as I understand it, you personally chased down the replacement clip on one of your visits to the factory overseas.


In today’s world of “just buy another one”, it’s nice to know there are companies out there standing behind their products.
